SBAC Showcases AI & Employability Research at 8th East Asia Summit TVET Network Conference 2025

Dr. Issariya Woraphiphat, Director of Siam Business Administration Technological College (SBAC), Thailand, represented the college at the 8th East Asia Summit TVET Network Conference 2025, held from 25–26 September 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Hosted by Prof. Dr. Young-Saing Kim, Senior Fellow at KRIVET, South Korea, the conference focused on Strengthening Collaboration Among TVET Institutions and ASEAN Industries, uniting delegates from Thailand, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Republic of Indonesia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to advance regional TVET innovation and partnerships.

As part of SBAC’s mission to strengthen global partnerships and enhance student development, Dr. Issariya Woraphiphat, SBAC Director, presented two key research projects: “AI-Enhanced Smart Classroom,” applying AI to equip non-IT students with digital skills, and “Enhancing Graduated Employability through a CLIL-based In-House Hotel Training Model,” integrating language and work-based learning to boost workforce readiness.

Through this collaboration, SBAC is deepening its commitment to transforming vocational education by turning research into practical solutions, empowering educators with knowledge and tools, and developing programs that truly enhance student capabilities and workforce readiness for the future.
