SBAC Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gangnam Visual Media High School from the Republic of Korea

On November 11, 2025, Siam Business Administration Technological College (SBAC) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gangnam Visual Media High School from the Republic of Korea, the largest specialized media production school in Incheon.

The ceremony was honored by Dr. Issariya Woraphiphat, Director of Siam Business Administration Technological College (SBAC), and Mr. Ilsoo Eum, President of Gangnam Visual Media High School, who served as representatives in signing the agreement. The event was witnessed by executives, faculty members, and students from both institutions in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Gangnam Visual Media High School is an educational institution that focuses on developing media production skills across various formats, including film, drama, advertising, music videos, and multimedia. The school also provides comprehensive training in filmmaking techniques such as cinematography, lighting, editing, sound design, and on-screen performance.

Through this collaboration, both institutions aim to jointly develop programs in the entertainment industry, student exchange initiatives, and collaborative (joint) projects in both online and on-site formats. These initiatives are designed to provide students with opportunities to enhance their skills, gain practical experience, and engage in cross-cultural exchange.

In addition, students from the Entertainment Industry Program and students from Gangnam Visual Media High School participated in a Buddy Program to foster cultural exchange and mutual learning. They also joined workshops such as “Global Friendship TikTok Challenge” and “Quick MV Shooting: T-pop & K-pop,” where students from both countries collaborated to create their own music video projects. These activities allowed them to express creativity, build cross-cultural collaboration, and create meaningful friendships and memorable experiences.

This partnership marks another significant milestone for the Entertainment Industry Program, which is committed to developing the next generation of talent with comprehensive skills in both on-screen and behind-the-scenes aspects of the media and entertainment industry. It also opens doors for students to learn alongside international peers through cultural exchange activities, creative learning experiences, and joint projects with leading institutions, ultimately advancing toward international standards in the global media and entertainment industry.
